International Art Fair "Kyiv Photo Week" The annual art photography fair that was held in Kiev during November 24-26, 2017 for the first time. Participants were art galleries and leading photographers. The fair was widely covered by media, print catalog was issued. Exhibition of Cyanotype Prints Series of photographs by one of our authors, Sergiy Gumeniuk, printed using cyanotype process, which is vintage hand printing technique not used widely in modern photography. International Art Fair "Photo Kyiv" The annual art fair that was run first November 2-5, 2017. Participants were galleries and art organizations dealing with photography. The fair was held in Kiev, it was covered by Ukrainian and international media, print catalog was published. We took part in the fair presenting art projects from three of our authors: Oleksandr Pankovets, Roman Zakrevsky, and Dmitriy Krakovich. The study "Experts in Photography Criticism in Ukraine" Conducted at the end of 2011, a nationwide survey of professionals in the field of photography about who are the experts in photography criticism in Ukraine. This is the only research in Ukraine on the subject. Within the project we interviewed well known photographers, gallery owners, curators, organizers of photo exhibitions, photography festivals and other photographic activities, teachers of photography, art critics and other professionals in photography and arts. International Photo Contest "Panorama of My Country" Annual international photography competition, which is held starting 2010. As a part of it, there is a separate section allocated for panoramic photographs. Only works never previously shown at photo exhibitions anywhere in the world are accepted to the competition. Based on the results of the competition, annual print catalog is published and a photo exhibition of the winners is held in Kiev. The photo contest's partners are leading Ukrainian and international photographic organizations, the project is covered by leading media. "The Festival of Ukrainian Photography Clubs" Annual nationwide festival. Conducted since 2009. On a competitive basis, each year, twelve best collections of photographs are being selected among all the clubs. Based on the competition results, print catalog is published annually and a photo exhibition of the winning collections is held in Kiev. Within the festival during the exhibition, various contiguous activities take place: portfolio reviews, presentations, lectures, workshops, seminars, and other events on a photo. Online Guide "Photo Exhibitions in Kiev" The project runs from May of 2008. This is the only source among web or print publications that is entirely dedicated to photo exhibitions in Kiev (the capital of Ukraine). The site presents calendar of all photo exhibitions taking place in Kiev, with their annotations, additional information about the galleries and photographers, and the forum for discussions on the exhibitions as well. The guide is well integrated into social networks. It ranks the first position in Google while searching by relevant keywords. International Industry Fair "Kiev Photo Fair" Was conducted annually from 2003 till 2011. The main exhibition in Ukraine of the world's leading manufacturers of photographic equipment, photo accessories, and providers of photographic services. Served as a platform for the first, on the territory of Ukraine, presentations of world's new products in photographic technology. During the exhibition, every year, there were numerous photo competitions, photo exhibitions, workshops by famous Ukrainian and international photographers, and other photographic activities conducted.
